Course content: This course covers the fundamental principles of X-ra diffraction, the components of X-ray diffraction instruments and their operation, as well as various applications in analyzing material composition and determining crystal structure. The training includes how to read X-ray diffraction patterns, extract information from them, and accurately interpret the results for use in scientific research and materials characterization.
