Objectives:

  1. Raise awareness of the "Training for All" culture to ensure continuous development that aligns with the college's vision, the university's vision, and Egypt's Vision 2030.
  2. Establish an integrated training system by creating plans for training and developing the skills of the human resources at the college, based on the needs of stakeholders.
  3. Formulate general policies for implementing training plans at the college to enhance performance levels in educational, research, and administrative processes.
  4. Monitor training procedures to ensure the quality of training.
