Training Unit

"The training unit is one of the specialized units of the College of Commerce - Tanta University, which was established in March of 2023 with the aim of contributing to the development of managerial and technical skills of the human resources at the College of Commerce. Training is considered a targeted activity at the College of Commerce - Tanta University and is a continuous and planned process. The general goal of the training process is to equip trainees with a set of skills and experiences aimed at improving and enhancing their performance. This is achieved by bringing about changes in the culture, skills, and behaviors of the trainees, which ultimately enhances their efficiency and reflects on the long-term productivity of the institution."

Mission: The mission of the unit is the continuous improvement of institutional, professional, and technical capabilities of the human resources at the college, through investment in the development of academic, leadership, and professional skills, while adopting the application of self-development concepts and practices that meet the requirements of educational, research, and community service work.
