Dr. Ali Al-Maghrabal, Director of the Crisis Management and
Decision-Making Unit at Tanta University, held a meeting with crisis management
coordinators from the university's faculties on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Wessam Salah, Executive Director
of the Main Center for Institutional Performance at Tanta University.
Discussions focused on ways to activate crisis management units within
the faculties—in coordination with the Vice Deans for Community Service and
Environmental Development—and on organizing public seminars and workshops
across university faculties and facilities. These initiatives aim to raise
awareness among the university community regarding the importance of
collaborative efforts for successful crisis management and effective risk
mitigation.
Dr. Ali Al-Maghrabal also instructed faculty representatives to review
security and safety procedures within their respective colleges in coordination
with college administrators and to prepare for upcoming field visits.
