Workshop for students of the Faculties of Engineering and Commerce

As part of Tanta University's efforts to enhance its crisis management system and in alignment with the Crisis Management and Decision-Making Unit’s plan to educate the university community on crisis management and risk mitigation the Unit, in collaboration with the University’s Quality Assurance Center, held a workshop titled "Risk Management and the Use of Fire Extinguishers." The workshop targeted students from the Faculties of Engineering and Commerce, aiming to prepare them to meet the institutional accreditation requirements set by the National Authority for Quality Assurance.

The seminar was overseen by Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Magharbl, Director of the University’s Crisis Management and Decision-Making Unit, and was conducted by Engineer Osama Shalaby, Director General of Occupational Safety and Health at the University. The workshop covered key aspects of hazard mitigation and included practical training on the use of fire-extinguishing equipment.
