Professor Dr. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud issued a decision to form the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management at Tanta University
The Committee is responsible for approving crisis management and potential risk mitigation plans and policies, overseeing the crisis management system across the university's faculties, and monitoring the university's operations in this regard. The Committee is chaired by the University President, with the Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development serving as Deputy Chair, and the Director of the University’s Crisis Management and Decision-Making Unit serving as the Committee’s Rapporteur; its membership also includes various specialized administrative and security personnel from the university.
