• Preparing and implementing the unit's executive plan and ensuring the availability of the basic structure and factors that enable the unit to achieve its goals.
• Follow up the implementation of the executive plan and take corrective actions in the event of any defect during implementation.
• Implementation of the job performance management system, rules and procedures in accordance with the university regulations and law.
• Reviewing and verifying the performance charter and formulating functional and objective objectives in line with the university's objectives and announcing them to the university's employees.
• Participation in committees related to the university's job performance management.
Spreading awareness and introducing job performance management and its implementation methods and providing the necessary support to the various faculties and departments of the university to implement the procedures of the job performance management system periodically through coordination with the relevant units. As well as preparing periodic reports and statistics related to the results of the annual performance evaluation of the university.
• Continuous evaluation of the performance of the unit and its employees by holding weekly and monthly meetings with them to determine the percentage of completion of the executive plan and the rate of achieving goals, and to search for opportunities for development and improvement of performance.
• Ensure the availability of means of communication and communication of all kinds.
