Job performance evaluation is one of the fair procedures for measuring the level of performance of centers/units/employees for their job duties, and the achievement of agreed-upon objectives, according to certain elements and criteria within a specific period of time, enabling Tanta University to take appropriate decisions related to the center/unit manager or the employee he served. The evaluation of the employee's performance shall be in accordance with the performance appraisal system.
Among the unit's objectives are:
Establishing a scientific approach to reward outstanding achievements and results.
Developing the performance of employees through a periodic evaluation in line with the objectives of the administration at Tanta University.
Encouraging individual achievement and team spirit.
Encouraging continuous learning and development.
