Establishing a unit to evaluate employees according to institutional excellence standards in Tanta physical education

Dr. Alaa Halwish, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, Tanta University,

announced the establishment of a unit to evaluate the performance of the

faculty’s employees in light of the university’s direction, headed by Dr.

Mahmoud Zaki, the university’s president, to develop the administrative system

and link performance to goals and standards of institutional excellence in light of

the state’s orientation towards the new republic and Egypt’s Vision 2030.

 The Dean of the College also decided to assign Dr. Tharwat Abu Al-Sabah,

Assistant Professor of Administration, to head the Job Performance Evaluation

Unit at the College, explaining that a simulation model was conducted today to

evaluate the job performance of department directors at the College

electronically to measure the extent of achieving goals as well as the level of

achievement and satisfaction of beneficiaries and those dealing with the various

departments in light of the standards of excellence. Institutional and quality of

service provided.


Dr. Alaa Halwish was accompanied during the evaluation by a committee that

included Dr. Tahani Allam, Director of the University’s Job Performance

Evaluation Unit, Dr. Hisham Al-Najjar, former Vice Dean of the College, Dr.

Yasser Gharaba, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, Dr. Nihad Al-Kunaisi,

Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, and Dr. Ahmed Shawata,

Secretary-General of the College.
