Conducting a simulation model to evaluate the job performance of department managers in Tanta Engineering

 

The Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, announces the conduct of

simulation model to evaluate the job performance of department directors in the

college to measure the extent of achieving goals as well as the level of

achievement of the various departments in light of the standards of institutional

excellence and the quality of service provided in accordance with the standards

of the quality assurance unit in the college in coordination with the quality

assurance unit in the college, within the framework of adopting a university

Tanta for Egypt's Vision 2030 through the management system by objectives and

institutional, administrative and financial governance, based on the directives of

Professor Dr. Mahmoud Zaki, President of Tanta University, and Professor Dr.

Ahmed Mohamed Nasr, Dean of the College.

The simulation was attended by members of the committee formed by the

College Council for evaluation. The committee included Professor Dr. Ayman

Bakri, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental

Development Affairs, Professor Dr. Mustafa Al-Sawaf, Vice Dean of the College

for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Tahani Allam, Director of the Job

Performance Evaluation Unit at the University, and Dr. Lubna Abdullah Agha,

Director of the Unit. Evaluating the college’s job performance, and Professor

Mohamed Saad, Secretary-General of the college.
