Medicine, Tanta University, Chairman of the Board of Directors of University

Hospitals, and Professor Dr. Muhammad Hantira, Vice Dean of the Faculty for

Graduate Studies and Research, and in the presence of Professor Dr. Dina

Ziadeh, Director of the Unit. Quality assurance at the college, Dr. Tahani Allam,

Director of the Job Performance Evaluation Unit at the university, Mr. Ayman
