After opening the job performance evaluation unit at the college: The Dean of

Medicine in Tanta chairs the first committee to evaluate the job performance of

department directors in the administrative apparatus The Job Performance

Evaluation Committee was held at the Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University,

under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mahmoud Zaki. President of Tanta

University, under the auspices and chairmanship of Professor Dr. Ahmed

Ghoneim, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University And the Chairman

of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, and the membership of Professor Dr. Muhammad Hantira, Vice Dean for

College Affairs Postgraduate studies and research, Professor Dr. Dina Ziadeh,

Director of Quality Management at the College, and Dr. Tahani Allam Director of

the University's Job Evaluation Unitand lecturer in the Department of Computer

Engineering and Automatic Control, Faculty of Engineering, University Tanta

and Professor Ayman Al-Ghamri, Secretary of the College, in thepresence of Dr.

Yasmine Al-Harty, teacher in the Physiology Department. And the directors of
