Performance Evaluation Committee at the College of Physical Education

met under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Magdy Wakok, Acting Dean of

the College, to evaluate the job performance of department directors

according to a modelManagement by objectives and uploading them to the

university’s performance evaluationplat form. Dr. Magdy and Cook stressed

his keenness to continuously and comprehensively evaluate all departments

at the college with the aim ofdeveloping performance Applying digital

transformation and keeping pace with modern management systems, whic

in turn benefits the college’s service users.The Career Evaluation

Committee included Professor Dr. Sherif Saleh, Vice Dean of the

College for Community Service and Environmental

Development Affairs, Professor Dr. Amani Al-Beheiri, Vice Dean of the
