The Dean of Arts, Tanta, chairs the evaluation of the directors of the college’s

administrative apparatus departments In order to achieve the principle of

management by objectives, develop institutional performance, and achieve

sustainable development and its goals, and  implementation of the directives of

Professor Dr. Mahmoud Zaki, President of Tanta University, and to achieve the

principle of management by objectives, and under the patronage of Professor

Dr.Mamdouh Al-Masry, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Tanta University, a

performance evaluation was held at the Faculty of Arts today, Saturday,

7/20/2024. Gentlemen, directors of departments, to the administrative body of

the college through the evaluation committee formed with the membership of Dr.

Tafida Muhammad Abdel-Gawad, the college’s dean for education and student

affairs, Dr. Abdel-Razzaq Bassiouni Al-Koumi, the college’s dean for postgraduate

studies and research, Dr. Hala Al-Sayyid Nada, director of the college’s

quality assurance unit, and Dr. Tahani Allam, director of the college’s quality

assurance unit. Evaluation of performance and institutional development at the

university, by Dr. Diaa Sabry, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at

the college, and Dr. Mohamed Gamal Qenawy, Secretary- General of the college.

This evaluation comes within the framework of raising the level of efficiency of the

administrative apparatus at the college, achieving the principle of management by

objectives and administrative comprehensiveness, achieving the 2030 sustainable

development goals, anddeveloping the performance of the administrative sector.
