Job Performance Evaluation Unit


Launching the activities of a workshop to evaluate department directors in the administrative body of Tanta Pharmacy Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mona Abdel Hamid Al-Aasar, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, the activities of the “Evaluation of Department Managers in the Administrative System” workshop were launched at the College within the framework of achieving the principle of management by objectives, today, Saturday, August 10, and it was attended by Dr. Tahani Allam, Director of the Job Performance Evaluation Unit at the University and a teacher in the Department. Computer Engineering and Automatic Control, Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University. The workshop addressed the definition of the job performance evaluation system for the managers of the various sectors of the college in preparation for their evaluation on a semi-annual basis. The workshop also discussed the rights and duties of the managers, how to evaluate them, and who isresponsible for their evaluation.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mona Abdel Hamid Al-Aasar, Dean of the College of
