The "first" performance evaluation committee for department managers at the Faculty
of Pharmacy, Tanta University, was held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, within the
framework of the university's keenness, headed by His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed
Hussein, Acting President of the University and Vice President for Education and
Student Affairs, to adopt institutional excellence and quality standards of education and
job performance as an approach to developing the university, in light of the university's
quality management directives to approve the performance evaluation committee for
heads of administrative departments at the college by forming a performance evaluation
committee for directors of administrative departments at the college, where the
committee was formed under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mona Abdel Hamid Al-
Aasar, Dean of the College, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Sahar Mohamed Al-
Hajjar, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental
Development Affairs, Prof. Dr. Naglaa Abdel Aziz Al-Shaitani, Vice Dean of the
College for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Iman Gouda Khadr, Acting Vice
Dean of the College for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Tahani Allam, Director of
the Performance Assurance Unit at the University, and Dr. Hani Al-Khayat, Secretary
of the College. The committee met at 11:30 am in the meeting room of the office of the
Dean of the College, where she confirmed that this evaluation will be conducted
periodically with the aim of ensuring the achievement of the desired goals of the
college departments in line with the goals of the college and the university, striving for
development and maintaining the continuity of achieving institutional excellence in
order to provide distinguished service to our students and college members. Her
Excellency also praised the department directors who appeared in a decent manner and
their constant keenness to make the college appear distinguished.
