Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, Acting President of the

University, Prof. Dr. Nancy Abbas Al-Hafnawi, Acting Dean of the Faculty, and under the

 supervision of Dr. Amani Al-Barbari, Acting Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community

Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Osama Ghoneim, Acting Vice

Dean of the Faculty for Graduate Studies and Research In order to activate the university's

job performance evaluation system, a simulation visit was made to evaluate the job

performance of the directors of the departments at the Faculty of Computers and

Information, Tanta University, at the Faculty Council headquarters, in the presence of Dr.

Nancy Al-Hafnawi Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Amani Al-Barbari, Acting Vice Dean of the

Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr.Osama

Ghoneim, Acting Vice Dean of the Faculty for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, Dr.

Aida Nasr, Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology, Mr. Mohamed Ammar,

Secretary-General of the Faculty, and the directors of the departments at the Faculty Dr.

Tahani Mahmoud Allam, Director of The Job Performance Evaluation Unit at Tanta

UniversityVisited the simulation to evaluate the job performance of the directors of the

departments, where Her Excellency evaluated the departments and discussed The objectives

of each department with the relevant manager and comparing the actual results achieved

with those determined at the beginning of the period and determining the deviation from

achievement, positively and negatively.
