Today, the Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, held the fifth session of the
"Job Performance Evaluation Committee for the Faculty's Department
Managers" in the Faculty Council Hall, within the framework of the university's
keenness, headed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, Acting President of
the University, to adopt institutional excellence and standards of quality
education and job performance as an approach to developing the university, in
the presence of members of the Job Performance Evaluation Committee for the
Faculty's Department Managers, headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Nasr,
Dean of the Faculty, and membership of Prof. Dr. Mai Wahba Madkour, Director
of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty, and Dr. Lobna Abdullah Agha,
Director of the Job Performance Evaluation Unit at the Faculty. The session was
also attended by Dr. Tahani Mahmoud Allam, Director of the Job Performance
Evaluation Unit at the University, and Mr. Mohamed Saad Abdullah, Secretary-
General of the Faculty. Dr. Ahmed Nasr stressed the college's keenness to hold a
job evaluation committee to enhance job efficiency and provide appropriate
solutions to improve the work environment, stressing the need for continuous
evaluation of the overall performance of individuals and teams within the college
to ensure the provision of distinguished educational services to students,
extending his thanks to Professor Dr. Dina Abdel Hadi, Executive Director of the
Main Center for Institutional Performance, for activating job performance
evaluation systems in colleges in light of the university's strategic plan.
