The second performance evaluation committee was held at the Faculty of
Dentistry, Tanta University, under the auspices and chairmanship of Prof. Dr.
Faten Abu Talib, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Sherine Ali, Vice Dean of the
Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Rahab Abdullah, Director of the
Quality Assurance Unit and International Classification Coordinator at the
Faculty, Dr. Tahani Allam, Lecturer in the Department of Computer Engineering
and Automatic Control at the Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, Director
of the Performance Evaluation Unit at the University, and Mr. Mohamed El-
Ganzouri, Secretary of the Faculty.
Prof. Dr. Faten Abu Talib, Dean of the Faculty, stressed the interest of the Faculty
administration in continuing to conduct job evaluation within the administrative
apparatus of the Faculty, developing the administrative system, and linking
performance to goals and standards of institutional excellence in light of the
state's orientation towards the new republic and Egypt's vision 2030.
As job performance evaluation is an integral part of administrative development
in order to achieve the principle of management by objectives to develop
administrative work, raise the level of job performance, raise the efficiency of
workers and the level of achievement, and increase the satisfaction of
beneficiaries and those dealing with various departments.
