Dean of Arts chairs the second performance evaluation committee at the college

In the framework of achieving the principle of management by objectives and

developing institutional performance, achieving sustainable development and its

goals, and based on the directives of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud,

Acting President of Tanta University, and under the auspices of Prof. Dr.

Mamdouh Al-Masry, Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Tanta University, today,

Wednesday, January 15, 2025, an evaluation of the performance of the directors

of the administrative apparatus departments at the college was organized.

The evaluation came through a specialized committee that included: Dr. Raafat

Abdel-Razzaq Abu Al-Ainin, Vice Dean of the College

for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Hala Al-

Sayed Neda, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the College, Dr.

Tahani Allam, Director of the Performance Evaluation and Institutional

Development Unit at the University, and Dr. Mohamed Gamal Qanawi,

Secretary-General of the College.

This evaluation aims to raise the efficiency of the administrative apparatus at the

college, enhance the principle of management by objectives, and apply

administrative

inclusiveness, in line with the goals of sustainable development 2030 and

develop administrative performance at the college
