Prof. Dr. Hani Saeed Abdel Moneim, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, Tanta

University, headed the periodic performance evaluation committee for the faculty's

department managers. The committee included Prof. Dr. Amani Al-Bahri, Vice Dean of the

Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, Vice Dean of the Faculty

for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Tahani Allam, Director of Functional Evaluation

at the University, Prof. Dr. Yasser Gharaba, Director of Quality at the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Hanaa

Afifi, Quality Advisor at the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Tharwat Abu Al-Sabh, Director of the

Functional Evaluation Unit at the Faculty, and Dr. Ahmed Shawata, Secretary General of the

Faculty.

Dr. Hani Saeed confirmed that the evaluation is carried out periodically and every six months

for the faculty's department managers according to management by objectives and in light of

the standards of institutional excellence and the transition towards the new republic. He

pointed out that continuous evaluation always works to amend and correct errors and work

towards institutional excellence and comprehensive quality standards for job performance.

In conclusion, Dr. Hani Saeed, Dean of the Faculty, thanked the faculty's department

managers for their efforts and dedication to work within the framework of the state and

university's orientation towards better institutional performance for the administrative

apparatus in the state.
