The TCIFLD Center of the University of Tanta aims to achieve the following:

1. Developing the skills of the larger sector of teaching staff and leaders with training and development being an ongoing process.

2. Improving the institutional and professional capacities of the university's faculty through the development and modernization of academic and leadership skills of human resources.

3. Developing the management skills of university leaders and administrators.

4. Developing the professional skills of faculty and students through special programs in the fields of commerce, law, accounting and others.

5. Develop the management and leadership skills of all the university staff and the administrative body.

6. Improving the institutional capacity of schools of the Ministry of Education through special programs for teachers of the Ministry of Education and the development of supply and communication skills, time management and self-development.

7. Organizing workshops and training courses that meet the needs of civil society.

8. Cooperation with faculty development center and other university leaders in the field of human and skilled development of faculty members and academic and administrative leaders.
