To become a leading and distinct center for faculty and leadership development locally, regionally and internationally and to contribute actively to the development of faculty capacity at Tanta University and other local and regional universities in Egypt and the Middle East in the fields of education, use of technology, human development, knowledge and skills.

The Center for Faculty and Leadership Development at the University of Tanta is dedicated to providing outstanding opportunities for human and professional self-development for faculty and leaders at the University of Tanta and other Egyptian universities. The Center is constantly developing its training system to keep abreast of the latest training centers worldwide in order to conform to the standards required for training nationally and globally and develop plans to improve, monitor and follow up the educational process to ensure productive performance.
