The university president, Dr. Magdy Sebaa, issued a
decision appointing Dr. Reda Mohamed Al-Basiouni, a teacher at the Faculty of Engineering at the university, as director of the MIS Systems Development Unit at the university for a period of one year alongside the original.
Dr. Reda El-Bassiouni obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Automatic Control at Tanta University, with honors, in 2005, then a Master’s degree in Computer and Automation Engineering from Tanta University, in 2013, to obtain a PhD in Computer Engineering and Automatic Control, from the university. The Egyptian Japanese for Science and Technology, 2018. Al-Bassiouni worked as an assistant teacher in March 2013, and then as a teacher at the Faculty of Engineering from 2018 until now.
For his part, Prof. Magdy Sebaa congratulated Dr. Reda El-Basiouni, wishing him continued success in his duties, especially in light of the general orientation of the university and the implementation of its plan towards digital transformation and improving the quality of services provided to all university employees.
